AI·MS is an AI-powered assistant that integrates with HR, GRC, and Property Management systems. It provides information retrieval, data analysis, and task assistance.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must not share your account credentials with others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose.
Attempt to access other users' data.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service.
Overload the service with excessive automated requests.

5. Data Privacy

Your data is stored on our servers and is not shared with third parties. AI responses may be processed by third-party AI providers (Google Gemini). See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. AI Limitations

AI·MS provides AI-generated responses that may not always be accurate. Do not rely on AI responses for critical decisions without human verification.

7. Subscription & Billing

Free tier includes limited daily messages.
Paid plans are activated via subscription codes.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.
